HopeMapper is a web application for foster care matching that helps connect children with compatible homes based on key criteria such as trauma care, age, gender, and languages spoken. Designed to streamline the placement process, it was recognized with first place in Esri's internal hackathon and received the People's Choice award for its intuitive design and impactful approach.
